!!Few months ago!! I was here and it wasn't that good. We came and the table was poured on 1/2 and there were leftovers on it after those who were here before us, When we ordered the food we always ordered in the summer, it no longer looked like the original, the whole food was changed, We were waiting for the food about half an hour and we wanted to leave, the staff also looked like it was badly taken down, the last time we were there so the staff was more active and completely different people. Now there is a staff who is still surprised that someone came, but that should not mean that the most iconic food and eat nice staff should change, 3/5. I hope this company compares, because it's a really nice restaurant. (Except that when you order a children's menu, they will give you a Chinese copy of lego that can be easily swallowed because it is made of rubber and smells like strawberry.

We weren't in America, so we wanted to try at least like this and we didn't regret it. We will definitely go again.

Very good food, interesting restaurant theme and helpful staff, worth a visit.

Absolutely cheap service. I understand that they had little staff, but we waited 45 minutes to order food, while the people who came after us had ordered earlier. The table was not tidy the whole time we were waiting. Then no one even bothered to wipe it off crumbs, etc., they just peeled off the dirty dishes. The waitress was absolutely not looking around, or she could have deliberately ignored us, hard to say. When asked if it is possible to make a burger without mayonnaise, she replied that it is by no means possible. In the end, I had a burger anyway, because I was afraid that as soon as I asked her for a minute extra to choose another dish, she would never return to our table and my son was really hungry. I have a feeling that as a punishment I got a burger with so much mayonnaise that in another restaurant it would be enough for a week. Food applicant, but I was definitely expecting more. The fries were unloaded poorly. EB diners has a similar concept, where the food is much tastier and the service is especially nicer, more willing and faster.

As soon as you enter, you will be pleasantly surprised by the environment of the restaurant, which is styled in typical American restaurants, as you can see in the movies. The service is, of course, tuned to the very style (They are already missing the roller skates: D). As for so, it's excellent. There aren't many places that could match or be better than this restaurant in Burgers. As for toilets, it's like entering another world. Everything is modern and beautifully equipped. In the toilets you can also find perfume and ear skewers. Even tampons for women. As for the service, the lady came to us once in a while if we didn't need anything, and she apologized to us for the customers who were making a fuss. As for the tables, there can be only one group of customers at each table, which is an advantage for some that no stranger can sit next to you. One thing is that it can happen that you wait for a place or for food a little longer, but we didn't mind at all. The overall feeling of the restaurant is excellent and I certainly do not regret the visit and if I ever drive around, I will definitely stop here.

After a long time I visited this BBQ and I must say that the food is still good just the waitress could at least smile a little and pay attention to greater cleanliness, tables and floor

The food was very good, the portion was large, the food was delivered quickly, but the presentation was not very nice if any, but I do not take wrong, but on Saturday there was only a seat at the bar so I recommend booking, the interior was very nice and the toilets were nice clean and modernized What I can blame is the service, which was not directly bad rather different, it seemed to me that they were standing behind the bar and looking around but did not walk around like in normal restaurants, you could probably say that this one works in America, but that's debatable, the last thing I really didn't like that there wasn't very good ventilation, after I left for a minute or two to wash my hands I came back and there was white smoke there wasn't much of it but it was visible and felt, otherwise it's definitely worth a visit with not expecting luxury.

I visit the restaurant regularly at least once a month and until my Friday visit I was always very satisfied. Unfortunately, I have to join the reviews below, when the staff was absolutely terrible and from my point of view absolutely despised the guests. Tables untidy, after 10 minutes of waiting, the young lady came to ask: "So what about you?". The garden was empty, all the tables on the perimeter of the restaurant were occupied, but very rarely and the previous shift / staff always managed it! The food was fast, however, the young lady placed it on the opposite side of the table without words, I also had to serve myself cutlery and the place setting was not changed. Burger good, but since they went from steak fries to thin ones, they can't be eaten, Friday's batch was bathed in oil rather than fried. Dissatisfaction was also at the neighboring tables. I sincerely hope that the staff will be replaced and the level will rise again.

Environment and food great. There was really nothing wrong with that. But the staff ... she was terrible. As already written here in one of the reviews does not look around, ignores in wonder if you don't need something ... we ordered mayonnaise with which they forgot about us, even after being notified. Then we gave it up. We were also discouraged by the fact that when we entered the company on all the free tables there were untidy dishes, so there was nowhere to sit, but we decided to give it a chance. We sat down at a table where there weren't that many dishes, but it took 10 minutes for anyone to even notice us. I note that only 3 tables were occupied and the waitress was 5. But no one noticed us. When I started to ferment, the staff, who was on a cannon, graciously decided to arrive and asked what we order here in the style of "what are you doing here". We ordered, strangely, the food was on the table quickly, and it was worth it ... we enjoyed it. Only the staff killed it all. The next time we pass, we'll think a lot about stopping here again.

For the first time in my life I am writing a negative review, but this really disappointed me a lot. I also work in the hospitality industry, so I can get over a lot of things, because I know that mistakes sometimes happen. But I really don't understand so many mistakes at one table. We had a reservation for 12: 00-12: 30, the lady called if we could arrive until 12:30, which we didn't mind. After arriving, when we found our table with a reservation sign, there were still 4 people sitting there and they had not finished, so we had to stand and wait. After they left, we waited 15 minutes for someone to come and clean up after the previous people. Dad, since the driver ordered a non-alcoholic beer, and when the young lady arrived, a few of us understood her that she said "alcoholic". So we went to ask and the lady told us that the two beers she brought to our table were non-alcoholic. However, when it came to paying, there was one alcohol in the account. So we just hope that no one will stop us on the way. They brought us two Bacon burgers on the table instead of Veggie burgers, which can happen, it's hard to hear there, but on the other hand, the young lady could repeat the order and make sure everything was in order. They didn't bring food to one of us at all. From the beginning, they also had a salad side dish, which no one ordered and was also on the account when paying. When the girl messed up the burgers, I was reminded that we were waiting for striploin, and the girl assured me that she was getting ready. After bringing the right burgers, striploin was still nowhere to be seen, and no one even asked if everything was okay. So we went to ask if they had not forgotten, the young lady came in 10 minutes that it would still take, so we said we didn't want it anymore. An acquaintance ate the leftovers after us and we went home. Two stars for a beautiful setting. For us for the first and last time.

Food, well, since they present themselves as an "American" restaurant, I haven't met anything American here. We had strips - classic strips, we could. Bacon burger - perhaps the worst burger I've ever had, I don't know if the chef confused salt with sugar, but it was sweet. And I'd rather not even comment on french fries. Overcooked, hard, greasy, but simply from mecca, they are much better. It is true that we sat down at a table that the waitresses did not manage to clean, but when we asked for a rag that we would at least wipe the table, they put a rag in our hand and let us wipe the table. The rags lay on the table until she came to clean up our spinning dishes. We had to tell ourselves about pure cutlery. The young waitress with a tattoo on her neck was affected when we asked her for something and she immediately started gossiping behind the bar, I guess we didn't hear her. Well, he will never decide for me again.

Good dad, I took it as breakfast and I have to write that I enjoyed and satiated I lasted quite a long time. Nice environment, nice and attentive service.

Food flawless, BBQ ribs are absolutely famous, just like "chicken popcorn" Personally, I recommend: an American party plate for 2 and a chicken party plate for 2 (a family of 5 ate one of them and we took half of it home). Interesting experience. A piece of America in the Czech Republic. Food nice. Service pleasant and helpful. There are some fans outside, but inside it was nice and most importantly, it's really worth it. I was only brief, but I will definitely return to the burger.

Stopped here for lunch during a recent road trip. Really good burgers and like all restaurants should be the ketchup, mustard, napkins were on the table and I didnt need to pay 5 kc for each time I used it. One star removed as the service was a little slow. Waitress was fine but once we had our food she never came back. Had to chase down another to pay the bill.

I have to say as a real life Texan this place actually has great BBQ. And not "good for Czech BBQ" but really good bbq. The pulled pork could have come from Lufkin, Tx A welcome break from knedlik and smazak.
